Isabella’s No-Bake Energy Balls

No-Bake  Energy BallsIngredients:
1 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Stir with a spoon at first and then use your hands to get everything blended together.  Once blended, take out approximately a tablespoon of the mixture at a time, roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet, plate or in a flat container.

Freeze until set, about an hour.
Cover and store in refrigerator (or freezer if you prefer).

These are so good and good for you.  A hit with the kids and adults!
